You can get a free Fidget Spinner with the purchase of any Graspy product.

The Graspy® hopes you find the perfect product to aid in your mobile device use, overall making your device use easier and daily life less stressful. Should you have any questions that aren't answered below, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card and PayPal.

PayPal

You may login to your PayPal account in order to process the order. However, you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

1. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout.
2. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button.
3. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
4. If you are having issues with PayPal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Shipping

You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and delivered safely. All orders will ship within 1-2 business days after the payment is processed.

Domestic USA orders

Our pricing includes shipping on domestic orders shipped within the USA. All packages will be sent via USPS. For individual items, we will ship via First Class Package. For purchases of 2 or more items, we will consolidate and ship via USPS Priority Mail. To see Bundling Pricing click on Pricing, Shipping.

International Pricing & Shipping

Please visit Pricing & Shipping to see the shipping cost by country. In some countries you need to provide your tax ID number in order to clear customs.  These countries are Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, and Uruguay. Please enter your Tax ID number in the section in the registration page.

Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Graspy®. We greatly appreciate your business.

While we hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, we understand that on occasion you may need to return items. We believe customer satisfaction is essential, so we provide a reliable return and exchange policy. If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we're here to help.

Exchanges

  • You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item, unused, for any reason; from the date you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original, unopened packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We cannot accept an item once the 3M pressure stick has been used as the product can no longer be used. 

Defective Product or Malfunction of Your Product

In the unlikely event that your product is defective, malfunctions or falls off from your device, please take a picture of it, send the picture to customerservice@thegraspy.com  with your order number and receipt and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost or if you do not wish a replacement, we will gladly refund you the product cost and shipping charges.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. We cannot be responsible for any interest charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card.

Shipping Returns and Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs or customs duties or taxes paid on international orders are nonrefundable.
